What do I do if I am suspicious about a transaction?

We advise you to block the card immediately by selecting "Card actions" on the Home screen of your City Wega app, and tapping "Block Card." In addition, please contact our City Wega support team on +44 (0) 161 883 1501 or email@example.com so that the transaction can be investigated.
